S 1959: Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007, which seeks to limit, freedom of religious expression over the internet, fails to meet constitutional benchmarks.

Where’s Nader been? He didn’t make a peep when failed construction on the Humvees dropped the ball on the troops in Iraq, nor did he say a word when the World Trade Towers crumbled like tin foil on 9/11.

What’s Nader done to address rampant pharmaceutical fraud, the AT&T surveillance scandal, and the Sub-prime crisis?
